Lindsborg, Kansas — The heart of Little Sweden, USA will come alive on October 17–18, 2025 during the biennial Svensk Hyllningsfest, a beloved Swedish festival that celebrates heritage, music, dance, and food. At the center of the festivities are the world-famous Lindsborg Swedish Folk Dancers, performing traditional folk dances that have delighted audiences for more than 60 years.
Lindsborg Swedish Folk Dancers: A Tradition Since 1963
Founded in 1963, the Lindsborg Swedish Folk Dancers are a high school ensemble dedicated to preserving authentic Swedish folk dance and music. Known as cultural ambassadors for Lindsborg, this talented group has performed across the U.S. and abroad, keeping Swedish traditions alive with colorful costumes, energetic steps, and vibrant music.
